Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume sales periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. The available shipping methods and costs will be calculated and displayed based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

Standard Shipping: Usually takes between 5 to 10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Usually takes between 2 to 4 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or weather conditions are out of our control.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hizoo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
Delivery Issues
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customer_service2009@outlook.com with your name and order number. We handle lost or damaged packages on a case-by-case basis and will work diligently to find a satisfactory solution.
